Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Developer and End User seats?

Developer seats are for team members who can create, change and promote reference tables. An admin user requires a developer seat, and at least one admin is required per organization. End User seats can import, export, view, add and modify data within the tables they have access to. Developers also inherit the same data editing permissions as End Users. Separating seat functionality and pricing lets you scale access affordably.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes up to 2 Developer seats and 3 End User seats with core RDM editing, SDK & API access, and basic change history — no credit card required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can switch plans or adjust your seat count at any time. Plan upgrades and user changes take effect immediately. Billing adjustments are prorated to the next billing cycle. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

What security measures are in place to protect my data?

We prioritize the security of your data. Our measures include data isolation (separate databases & storage accounts per tenant), geographical hosting, and temporary credentials. We are happy to supply further security details on request.

What are the overage rates if I exceed my plan limits?

Usage beyond your plan's included allowances is billed at the following rates:
